Hassan Hajjaj takes over Sotheby with new exhibition celebrating London's next generation of creatives.

Hassan Hajjaj is an internationally celebrated Moroccan-British artist based in Marrakech. His work combines photography, fashion and design, drawing inspiration from Moroccan culture, street life and pop art.

In My London Rockstars: Ends to Estates, Hajjaj celebrates a new generation of London creatives shaping the city's cultural future. The exhibition features Central Cee, Slawn, Joy Crookes, Walid Labri and Clint 419, alongside many other artists, musicians, designers and entrepreneurs.

Many of the people in the exhibition come from multicultural backgrounds and immigrant families. Their stories reflect creativity, resilience and the cultural diversity that defines London today. Through these portraits, Hajjaj also tells his own story. Having moved from Morocco to London as a child, he recognises the same multicultural identity, ambition and creativity that shaped his own journey.

More than a photography exhibition, My London Rockstars: Ends to Estates is a celebration of community. Rather than focusing on fame alone, Hajjaj shines a light on the people he considers part of his creative family. Together, they represent a multicultural London where different cultures, ideas and identities come together to shape the city's future.

As part of the takeover, Sotheby's café has been completely redesigned in Hassan Hajjaj's signature style, bringing his iconic JAJJAH café from Marrakech to London. Filled with colourful patterns, furniture and his distinctive visual language, the café becomes an extension of the exhibition, immersing visitors in Hajjaj's vibrant world.
